Marion County Civil Process
The Marion County Civil Process operates during regular business hours at two locations:
Hannibal Courthouse—Handles all papers served within the city limits of Hannibal and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Marion County Sheriff’s Office in Palmyra, Missouri—Manages civil process for the rest of the county and is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
At the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, we are committed to serving civil process efficiently and effectively for the citizens of Marion County.
